My background weaves together ministry, digital strategy, the arts, and reflective practice, placing my work at the intersection of communication and care.

For more than fifteen years, I’ve helped organizations cultivate clear and welcoming online presence through websites, email newsletters, and digital messaging. I’ve served in communications roles within church and retreat settings, and I continue to work alongside leaders and teams who value meaning, integrity, and spiritual depth in the way their work is expressed.

My consulting practice is rooted in the belief that language shapes experience, and that thoughtful communication can nurture connection, clarity, and trust. I collaborate with clients to clarify tone, structure, and message so that their online communications feel aligned with their values, identity, and mission.

I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Religion at Yale Divinity School and a certificate in Spiritual Direction, and I hold a Bachelor of Music from Northern Arizona University. My life in the arts, ministry, and reflective practice continues to inform how I understand communication as a form of shared meaning-making.

I live in Southeastern Connecticut, where I continue to write, learn, and cultivate creative and contemplative practices.

If this way of working resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out. I would be glad to connect.
